Upon acceptance of Zenith Business Development’s marketing services, the following terms and conditions will apply:


Privacy Policy

As a privacy concern, Zenith Business Development will comply with all of your privacy information requirements, including using it for processing your order in the future and getting you a quick and convenient service. Data collected by us about you will only be used lawfully (in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1988). We do not store credit card information or share customer details with third parties.



Zenith Business Development will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential or direct damages arising from late delivery of services. We will proceed with delivering a draft of an advertisement to the client within 14 days. In the subsequent 14 days, the client can make amendments to the advertisement before the commercial goes live on the client’s preferred TV station. Delivery times or dates, which the seller may mention, are therefore only estimates. If the seller specifies a delivery date or time, it should therefore not be relied on. However, the seller will attempt to meet the delivery dates specified to the extent they can be met.


Refund / Cancellation Policy

Zenith Business Development clients may cancel within 7 days of signing the contract of four, three or two years & the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 7 days can be made by calling the management at Zenith Business Development. 


Recurring Payments

Recurring payments will be collected by Zenith Business Development Accounts team via WorldPay FuturePay. The agreed amount will be collected on a monthly basis. The recurring payments are applied when the advertisement is displayed on the agreed TV Station.
